Studying at the Architecture School of Rome and Venice. Parallel specialization in real estate, attending the best Italian Marketing-Management Center, Istituto Europeo di Communicazione e design of Rome, specializing in the exploration, development, management and exploitation of land and real estate of all kinds, creating creative new growth trends in thriving but also declining areas and residential areas, through the creation of decision-making centers, the creation of think tanks and working groups, aiming to exploit the advantages of each project, but above all to convert the disadvantaged powerful tools through innovative solutions. With 30 years of experience and personal business, in the development, management and operation of real estate, we established URBAN REAL ESTATE, aiming to offer high quality services, targeted investment solutions and consulting services for real estate.
HARISIADIS DIMITRIS.
With financial and technical studies, and with a long history of business activity in the financial sector, I developed the Ariadne advisory service addressed to small and medium-sized Greek companies. The purpose of the service is to adopt a holistic approach to business-related problems, focusing on man-entrepreneur, aiming at realizing his vision and parallel business education.

Agronomist and Topographic engineer AUTh. - MScs Geoinformatics NTUA.
With studies in topographic engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completion of postgraduate studies at the National Technical University of Athens. With a career as an engineer (member of Technical Chamber of Greece since 1994) that covers a wide range of activities (design, construction, supervision, project management) both as a partner of companies in major projects (Attiki Odos S.A., DEPA, Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos, Egnatia Odos S.A. etc) and as a designer of dozens of smaller infrastructure projects. With long terma activity -from 2004 until today- in the field of real estate as a real estate consultant and as a certified real estate appraiser under the European REV scheme (Recognized European Valuer), with more than 5,000 estimates both as a partner of Real Estate companies, Banking Institutions, and for account of Public Institutions and Organizations (Hellenic Public Properties Company (HPPC) S.A, Municipalities, etc.). The experience, the scientific training and the specialized knowledge of all the parameters that concern the property and its market, aim to provide the perfect customer service of URBAN REAL ESTATE.
EMMANOUIL KATERINA.
Graduated from AUTH school of engineering, department of civil engineering. Master of science in conservation and restoration of historic buildings and monuments, Architecture School of AUTH. More than 20 years of experience in the design, supervision and construction of luxury residences, in the restoration of buildings and in the renovation of shops and houses. This long term involvement in the construction sector is an important tool for the proper assessment of real estate properties in order to promote and develop them in the most effective way.
